ELLF Scholarships

Students can complete a paper scholarship application or an online scholarship application. Scholarship applications for the 2022-2023 academic year were due by February 4, 2022. Scholarship recipients were selected by the end of February, 2022. Scholarship recipients were recognized at our Recogntion Breakfast in April of 2022. The next round of scholarship applications for the 2023-2024 academic year will open in approx. November of 2022. 



Our Educational Event Grant Program financially supports educational events for K-12 English learners in Greater Cincinnati. Community partners can request up to $2000 for an educational event. The Educational Event Grant Program application is now available online. The ELL Foundation will accept Educational Event Grant applications at any time, but they will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Cultural identities 

The ELL Foundation offers emergency grants for local EL college students who are experiencing temporary financial emergencies, focusing on hunger, housing, and transportation. The College Emergency Grant Program application is available online. Emergency grant applications are accepted at any time, but applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis.
